Utmärkt upplevelse. Hade ett par frågor och använde chattfunktionen online. De var oerhört hjälpsamma även med att informera om den möjliga rabatten jag kunde få. Jag hade problem med att betala för den snabba leveransen men personen på chatten ordnade allt för mig efter att jag lagt beställningen och den kom innan min semester. Älskar påsen och använder den massor. Jag bär min på armen med en påse med den matchande remmen som köps separat. Pumpen är ganska lätt att få in och ur påsen men fastnar mycket ibland på den nedre elastiska remmen som håller ihop påsen. Om jag skulle ge några råd skulle det vara att försöka använda ett enda elastiskt band runt kant snarare än 2 och kanske ett litet genomskinligt område så att skärmen kan ses och knapparna kan tryckas in utan att ens behöva ta bort pumpen från påsen. Älskar dock den lilla storleken och den är bekväm att ha på sig hela dagen

Excellent experience. Had a couple of questions and used the online chat facility. They were extremely helpful even advising of the possible discount I could receive. I had issues paying for the expedited delivery but the person on the chat sorted that all out for me after I placed the order and it arrived before my holiday. Love the pouch and am using it loads. I wear mine on the arm with a pouch using the matching strap bought separately. Pump is fairly easy to get in and out of the pouch but very occasionally sticks on the lower elastic strap holding pouch together. If I were to offer any advice it would be to try and use a single elastic strap round edge rather than 2 and perhaps a small see through area so screen can be viewed and buttons could be pressed without even having to remove pump from the pouch. Love the small size though and it’s comfortable to wear all day
